FAQ

1/ What is a medical spa?

A medical spa, or medspa, combines the relaxing environment of a traditional spa with advanced medical-grade treatments performed under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.

2/ Does insurance cover any of the med spa or wellness services?

Unfortunately, Belle Lueur Wellness Spa does not accept insurance, as we specialize in elective medical and wellness services that are typically not considered medically necessary. However, we do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments, and we offer multiple payment options to make our services accessible.

3/ What if I need to have lab work done?

If lab work is recommended, it can often be billed directly to your insurance by third-party laboratories. These labs include LabCorp, Northwestern Medicine Health Lab, Quest Diagnostics, and Vikor Scientific.

4 / Are walk - ins welcome ?

Walk ins are accepted Thursday's 10am-5pm, Friday 10am-1pm, Saturday 10am-1pm

5 / What is the difference in lipo mino injections and liquid lipo injections? 

Lipo shots also known as lipo/ mino or fat burner is a supplemental vitamin injection that can be given every 3 days but is usually taken once weekly.  This helps to expedite the general fat burning process. 


Liquid Lipo is a minimally invasive procedure that involves a series of injections into stubborn fat areas.  These injections break down fat cells over time, offering a less invasive alternative to liposuction.

6 / Do I need a consultation before my treatment?

Yes, we recommend a consultation before most treatments. This allows our team to assess your needs, discuss your goals, and customize a treatment plan just for you.

7 / What is your cancelation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee.

8 / Do you offer financing options or payment plans? 

Yes, we provide flexible financing options using Cherry and Care Credit. Please contact us for details.
